In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient cash flow management, and timely collections.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely payments.
- Process incoming payments and perform accurate cash application to correct customer ledgers.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups on overdue accounts via email and telephone to facilitate collection.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain precise documentation of all communication and collection activities within our accounting system.
- Generate and present regular AR aging reports to management for visibility on cash flow status.
- Resolve customer billing discrepancies and disputes professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and the full order-to-cash cycle.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Malanday, Rizal.
