Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Manage customer accounts and maintain updated payment records
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collection efforts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing inquiries
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are properly documented
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
