Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Prepare aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive customer communication
- Support month-end closing procedures with accurate financial documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper billing for construction services
- Maintain organized financial records and audit trails
- Assist in developing process improvements for receivables efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts receivable or billing experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and collections best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
