Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including billing, aging reports, and cash applications.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to the AR team to ensure team growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage aging accounts to ensure timely collection and minimize bad debt.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly AR status reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes effectively.
- Standardize and optimize AR processes to increase productivity and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Ensure full compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build and motivate diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
