Join KamelMedia's finance team as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor and drive financial excellence in our dynamic operations. This pivotal role oversees the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient collections, and optimal cash flow management. You'll lead a dedicated team while implementing strategic processes to minimize aging and streamline payment applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounts receivable operations including billing, collections, and cash application
- Lead and mentor AR team members to achieve performance targets and process improvements
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of AR accounts
- Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop and maintain internal controls for credit policies and collections procedures
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process optimizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proven supervisory experience leading finance teams
- Expertise in credit policies, collections strategies, and cash application
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
