Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable operations including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Develop and enforce credit policies to mitigate risk while supporting sales objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team through performance management and training
- Analyze aging reports and KPIs to identify collection bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
- Prepare monthly financial reports on AR performance, bad debt provisions, and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of credit management principles and Philippine accounting standards
- Proven track record in reducing DSO and improving collection efficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in food industry or supply chain finance preferred
