Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the accounts receivable team through performance coaching and process optimization
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable operations including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Implement strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow efficiency
- Analyze aging reports and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with sales and operations departments to resolve billing disputes and credit issues
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOX controls
- Prepare monthly AR reports and metrics for executive review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of accounts receivable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven track record in reducing DSO and improving collection rates
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
