Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax reports, including PPh and PPN filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and sub-ledgers to maintain precise financial records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and update financial documentation to comply with internal company policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting workflows and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax administration.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (SPT, PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
