We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Senior Associate to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our operations in Singapore from our vibrant hub in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to our broader corporate strategy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts and inter-company transactions, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Singapore-based finance team, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to local Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Review and process invoices, ensuring proper authorization and coding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a multinational or corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and MAS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supporting cross-border or regional operations is highly desirable.
