Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) for transaction processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of IFRS/SG GAAP standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage deadlines in BPO environment
