Acutus is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join our growing team in Outram. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with managing a diversified portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and handling critical GST submissions.
As part of our finance division, you will work closely with various clients to streamline their accounting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a diversified portfolio of clients’ accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial data entry.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Handle all GST submissions and ensure full compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations and deadlines.
- Monitor and meet critical reporting deadlines for all assigned clients to maintain high service levels.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries, provide updates on account status, and manage expectations.
- Perform regular reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis, budget preparations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a BPO or corporate finance environment.
- Solid working knowledge of Singapore GST (Goods and Services Tax) and IRAS filing requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
