Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process to ensure timely payment collection.
- Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments for new and existing accounts.
- Execute accurate and timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and enforce credit policies to minimize bad debt exposure.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including aging summaries and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance and credit control functions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or credit control capacity.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit control procedures, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients professionally.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
