Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records using accounting software
- Process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with BIR regulations
- Generate financial reports and provide analysis for management decision-making
- Monitor cash flow and implement effective treasury management procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and inspections
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and labor regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
