Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
- Prepare and process sales invoices and credit memos accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
