Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate directly with the Australia-based finance team to support cross-border financial processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and management summaries on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and Australian tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience working with international clients, specifically within the Australian market, is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective international communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
