The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) is seeking a dedicated Accreditation Services Staff to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the quality standards of Philippine education by supporting the Basic Education Commission.
As an Accreditation Services Staff, you will act as a key liaison in the survey process, ensuring that school evaluations are conducted smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the logistical requirements for Basic Education Commission survey activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to accreditation teams and school representatives.
- Maintain and update accurate documentation, records, and reports related to survey visits.
- Facilitate communication between the commission and client schools to ensure timelines are met.
- Prepare materials, correspondence, and presentation documents required for accreditation reviews.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing accreditation surveys and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and national accreditation standards during all phases of the project.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Education, Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a mission-driven team.
