Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the systematic filing, storage, and retrieval of all accreditation-related documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist the Basic Education Commission in coordinating and preparing documentation for survey visits and accreditation activities.
- Ensure adherence to document control procedures and policies, maintaining strict confidentiality and data security.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other official documents, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
- Maintain and update document control registers and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations by compiling necessary documentation and data.
- Facilitate document retrieval for internal and external audits or reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Library Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in document control, administrative support, or records management.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of educational accreditation processes or quality assurance standards is an advantage.
