We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic ACMV Design Manager to join our team in the East Region. This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex engineering projects within the Construction and M&E sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design management of Mechanical and Electrical systems. You will oversee projects that are critical to industries such as Cleanroom, ISO Lab, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, project lifecycle management, and team leadership.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and technical direction of ACMV and M&E systems for new construction and renovation projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within the East Region.
- Ensure all engineering designs strictly adhere to ISO standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to monitor progress and quality assurance.
- Prepare detailed engineering specifications, calculations, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with the design team to ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ACMV, M&E, or Construction.
- Strong portfolio or track record of managing projects in Cleanroom, ISO Lab, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
