Join Green Zenergy Pte. Ltd. as an ACMV / Electrical Quantity Surveyor and drive excellence in specialized mechanical and electrical project management. This pivotal role requires expertise in the full lifecycle of quantity surveying, from initial tender documentation through to post-contract administration. You'll be instrumental in ensuring project profitability, compliance, and timely delivery while managing complex ACMV and electrical systems in Singapore's dynamic construction sector.
We seek a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in construction cost management. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing accurate bills of quantities, conducting cost estimates, reviewing tender submissions, and managing contract variations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, mitigate financial risks, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ACMV and electrical quantity surveying processes including tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, technical specifications, and tender documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct post-contract administration including interim payment assessments, final account settlements, and cost control
- Analyze project variations, prepare cost reports, and advise on financial implications of design changes
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues and ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress against budget and schedule, implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, Singapore building codes, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related construction field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV and electrical quantity surveying within Singapore's construction industry
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and construction contracts
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, SIA measurement standards, and tender procedures
- Advanced skills in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
