Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement ACMV systems for building and data centre infrastructure
- Lead technical negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project execution from planning to commissioning phases
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, energy efficiency standards, and project specifications
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics, reports, and maintenance plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers and project managers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of ACMV engineering experience in building/data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and energy management
- Certification in ACMV design or building management systems preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM modeling software
- Experience in stakeholder management and technical negotiations
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and compliance awareness
