WUKO PTE LTD is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ACRA RQI / Corporate Secretarial Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's corporate secretarial affairs and ensuring full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks. You will act as a key advisor to the management on corporate governance matters and ensure all statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.

As a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI), you will lead the corporate secretarial function, manage board meetings, and maintain the integrity of the company's statutory records. We offer a supportive environment where your expertise in compliance will be highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of corporate secretarial duties and compliance operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Companies Act, MAS regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, lodge, and verify all annual returns and statutory filings with ACRA.
  • Coordinate and organize board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and recording resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records in accordance with best practices.
  • Advise the management on corporate governance policies, compliance updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
  • Liaise effectively with external auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Must possess a valid Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) status with the ACRA Registry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance role.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and relevant corporate secretarial software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
