Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and negotiate strategic partnership agreements to expand our market reach.
  • Design and execute local activation programs that align with company sales goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partners to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align activation strategies with broader campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to resolve issues and foster strong relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or sales activation.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B or B2C partnerships in the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive decision-making.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
