Erajaya is seeking a dynamic Activation & Partnership Supervisor to drive growth through strategic collaborations and local market activation. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of partnership programs that expand our market presence while coordinating sales promotions to maximize revenue. You'll identify and cultivate new business relationships, manage existing partnerships for mutual benefit, and ensure alignment between activation strategies and company objectives. - Develop and maintain strategic partnership agreements with local businesses and organizations
- Execute and coordinate sales promotion campaigns aligned with regional targets
- Identify new partnership opportunities that drive market expansion
- Monitor and evaluate program performance through KPI analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency
- Manage contract negotiations and compliance documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership ROI and activation outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in partnership management or activation roles
- Proven track record in developing local market programs
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
- Understanding of Indonesian retail market dynamics
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
