Tanggung Jawab
- Perform actuarial reporting including statutory filings, financial projections, and regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and risk assessment purposes
- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and support business decisions
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to improve product design and profitability
- Prepare actuarial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze experience studies to assess actual versus expected performance
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and actuarial standards of practice
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Progress toward or completion of actuarial exams (Society of Actuaries or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and programming languages
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex calculations
- Effective communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
