Tanggung Jawab
- Daily tracking, monitoring, and ensuring policy/endorsement processing is issued within the standard turnaround time set
- Review and verify policy applications for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve any policy-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of processed policies and endorsements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve policy processing workflows to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance policy processing or related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
