We are seeking a highly skilled Property Inspector/Surveyor to join our risk assessment team at Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation. - Perform on-site property inspections to evaluate structural integrity, safety hazards, and environmental risks
- Document findings through detailed reports with photographic evidence and risk assessments
- Analyze property conditions against industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to provide risk evaluation data for policy pricing
- Identify mitigation opportunities and recommend preventive measures for high-risk properties
- Stay updated on building codes, safety regulations, and emerging property risks
- Utilize inspection technology and software for efficient data collection and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property inspection, surveying, or insurance risk assessment
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and property valuation methodologies
- Certification in property inspection (e.g., CPI, RPA) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in inspection software and reporting tools (e.g., iAuditor, RiskLogic)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
