As an Executive in the Motor Windscreen department, you will manage end-to-end claim processing, verify coverage, and collaborate with authorized workshops and service providers to maintain high standards of service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process motor windscreen claims efficiently from registration to settlement.
- Perform thorough validation of claim documents to ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
- Coordinate seamlessly with authorized repairers and internal stakeholders to expedite service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and clear communication.
- Monitor and track claim performance metrics to ensure adherence to internal KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure all claims processing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally, minimizing turnaround time while maintaining service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Insurance, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in motor insurance claims or general insurance administration.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
