In this role, you will serve as a critical partner to our Product Actuary and Pricing teams. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for complex pricing exercises, financial modeling, and the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Product Actuary in the development and maintenance of pricing models for new and existing insurance products.
- Conduct robust data analysis to support pricing assumptions, profitability studies, and experience monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Underwriting, and Finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive actuarial reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal management review.
- Develop and refine financial models to project cash flows, premium rates, and product performance metrics.
- Support the monitoring of product performance post-launch, identifying risks and recommending adjustments where necessary.
- Automate manual processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of regular actuarial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Progress towards actuarial professional designations (e.g., SOA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an actuarial, pricing, or data analysis role within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VBA/Macros) and experience with actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, AXIS) or programming languages like SQL, R, or Python.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining professional standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
