Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the timely preparation and analysis of actuarial reports for valuation and financial monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive model validation exercises to ensure the accuracy and reliability of actuarial projections.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of reporting frameworks such as IFRS 17.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, and manipulation to support complex actuarial calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate variances and provide insights on financial performance.
- Automate existing reporting processes using VBA, SQL, or specialized actuarial software to enhance efficiency.
- Document methodologies and assumptions used in actuarial models to comply with internal and external audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated progress in Actuarial Exams (SOA, ASP, or equivalent professional bodies).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in actuarial software such as Prophet, Moses, or AXIS is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA) and familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting technical data to stakeholders.
