Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), one of Singapore's largest multi-disciplinary hospitals, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our dynamic integrative healthcare team. As an Acupuncturist at TTSH, you will play a pivotal role in providing patient-centered care, bridging the gap between traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical practice.
In this role, you will work within a collaborative, evidence-based environment to treat a diverse range of conditions, including chronic pain management, stroke rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes by integrating acupuncture therapy into comprehensive care plans, ensuring safety, efficacy, and high standards of service excellence in alignment with hospital protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using traditional acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, and other TCM modalities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and clinical conditions.
- Maintain precise, updated, and confidential electronic medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate closely with medical doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care.
- Provide patient education regarding acupuncture treatments, wellness advice, and self-care management.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to infection control policies and safety protocols for acupuncture practice.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Acupuncture from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or multi-disciplinary clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
- Fluency in English and a second language to effectively communicate with elderly or non-English speaking patients.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
