Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily administrative workflow for all laundry outlets to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and track key operational performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to address operational issues and implement necessary improvements.
- Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and digital databases with precision.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming communications, manage emails, and schedule appointments for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant degree or certificate in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
