Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports as required.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with high levels of professionalism.
  • Support the accounts team in month-end closing activities and bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain company databases and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin are highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
