Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organizational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Admin Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and financial operations, specifically supporting our domestic-helper placement agency.

As an Admin Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records, managing day-to-day office workflows, and ensuring that our business operations run smoothly. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you possess a strong accounting background and an eye for administrative detail, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements on a monthly basis.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, including document filing, office supplies procurement, and correspondence.
  • Support the team in processing placement documentation and client records for domestic helper services.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting-focused role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment or agency environment is considered an added advantage.
