Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable functions, including timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry into our accounting system to ensure real-time financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance via phone and email.
- Coordinate internal workflows and logistics to ensure seamless business operations and service delivery.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all financial and administrative documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and handling of incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative projects and support daily office requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a combined accounts and administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
