As an Admin & Account Executive, you will handle a variety of tasks that keep our office running efficiently and our finances in order. You will support the entire lifecycle of our projects from an administrative and financial perspective, from processing invoices and managing petty cash to coordinating meetings and maintaining client records.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations, ensuring administrative efficiency.
  • Handle full sets of accounts or assist in accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Process employee claims, expense reports, and petty cash management.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, invoices, and confidential documents.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Assist in event coordination tasks including vendor communication and logistics support.
  • Provide general support to the team, including data entry, correspondence, and client liaison.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a combined Admin and Accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
