Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for project-based and regular staff.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and monitoring accounts payable/receivable.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate document flow and project documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management regarding office expenses and financial summaries.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.
  • Monitor office facilities and coordinate maintenance or utility requirements as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
