Tanggung Jawab
- Process Billing & Invoices: Prepare and process monthly billing statements, generate invoices, and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly financial reports, including income statements and expense summaries.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date ledgers and financial records, ensuring all data is accurate and easily accessible.
- HOA Support: Provide administrative support to the HOA management team, including preparing meeting minutes and managing correspondence.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank deposits, reconcile bank statements, and verify transaction records.
- Data Entry & Filing: Handle efficient data entry and organize physical and digital filing systems for all accounting documents.
- Inquiry Resolution: Respond to inquiries regarding account balances, payments, and financial policies from homeowners and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or an administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of Philippine tax regulations and local government procedures is a plus.
