Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end administrative and accounting operations including financial reporting, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Lead budgeting processes, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Manage staff supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development for administrative and accounting teams
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure compliance
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, receivable, and expense reimbursements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in administration and accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
