In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of our financial records and ensuring the integrity of our accounting operations.
As an Admin Accounting Officer, you will prepare general ledger entries by maintaining comprehensive records and files. You will play a key role in reconciling accounts to ensure data accuracy and preparing payments by accruing expenses. We are looking for someone who can ensure compliance with financial regulations while streamlining our accounting processes to support the company's growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and post general ledger entries by maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare payments by accruing expenses and verifying all supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents, contracts, and receipts.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc reporting, data entry, and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
