Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence

- Handle vendor relationships and invoice verification
- Support office inventory management and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) status
- Proficient in Mandarin language
- Diploma in Accounting/Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years in accounts or admin role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
