In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office while supporting our accounting team with essential bookkeeping tasks. You will work closely with senior management, providing vital administrative support that keeps our business running efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records.
  • Coordinate office communications, including handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular administrative and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal office policies and financial regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
