We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to join our growing team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth daily processes while enjoying a supportive, result-driven culture.

Your key responsibilities will involve managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, handling bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end financial close processes. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate GST filings and maintaining organized filing systems. Beyond numbers, you will play a vital role in general office administration, supporting internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full cycle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are verified and processed accurately and on time.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly GST returns and tax documentation.
  • Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle general office administration, including document filing, data entry, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative or accounts role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
