You will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and staying ahead of the latest trends in the digital landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating and curating high-quality content (images, videos, and copy) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets for campaigns and events.
- Assist in organizing and managing social media contests, giveaways, and community events.
- Conduct weekly performance reports and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
