In this role, you will be the backbone of our accounting operations, bridging the gap between administrative tasks and financial management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, journals, and financial records on a regular basis.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and reconciliation statements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit requirements.
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial workflows and reporting accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors promptly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal) is required.
