In this position, you will be the bridge between our operations and financial departments. You will handle sensitive billing data, interact with vendors, and ensure that our office workflow remains efficient and productive. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and professional work environment.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Track incoming payments and manage accounts receivable ledgers effectively.
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to prepare weekly/monthly financial reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all billing and administrative records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting or ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for numerical discrepancies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and meet strict billing deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and capability to handle confidential financial information.
