Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office correspondence.
  • Prepare, verify, and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist with follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain electronic and physical record-keeping systems for logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure billing information aligns with service delivery.
  • Support office operations by managing supplies and assisting with front-desk inquiries when necessary.
  • Generate periodic reports on billing cycles and administrative performance for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or billing roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
