Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using MYOB, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including document management and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax-related documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using MYOB software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
