Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all company documents and job orders
- Act as the primary liaison with government agencies including LGU, BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
- Ensure timely processing of all government documents and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all processed documents and communications
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven experience in document preparation and government liaison work
- Familiarity with LGU, BIR, SEC, and other government agencies' requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
