Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, resume screening, and initial phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding documentation, new hire files, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases and HR records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Handle incoming inquiries from applicants and employees, providing excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support such as managing office supplies, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, events, and training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of job portals (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media recruiting is an advantage.
