In this dual-role capacity, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations while playing a critical role in identifying top-tier talent to support our consulting initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing efforts, including posting job ads, scouting platforms, and building a robust candidate database.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules for various departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR documentation.
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks, including supplies management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with management to facilitate training sessions and consultancy workshops.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics and administrative performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing and general administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an office-based setting.
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.
